My wife and I put a bid on a house that was a short sale. We had already been approved with a lender and had all the needed paperwork in with them as soon as our bid was accepted. But even though our lender had all of the needed paperwork from us they were not going to be able to close on the house in the needed amount of time. This is when we were put in touch with Matt at Fairway Mortgage. We told him of our situation and he said that there wouldn’t be a problem closing on time. Within a day of him having all the needed paperwork we were well on our way. We were able to close on time and without any problems, the whole process was smooth and painless thanks to Matt and April.
